Exercise

My arms, legs, hands and neck are in pain. Just slightly.

Only after two days of Qi Gong, I can already feel how weak my muscles have been after months of no exercise. I noticed that I was dropping things more often from when I got sick, but I refused to believe that it was some sort of neurological disorder so I exercised and lo and behold, my reflexes and balance are better.

I hope I can maintain this when I get back to the city.
